Documents Required

            The following enclosures should compulsorily be attached with the Registration Form. If any of these is not available, an application for extension must be made. In any case the required documents should be submitted within fifteen days of the admission.

1. Birth Certificate only for Nursery, Kindergarten.
2. Transfer Certificate from the school last attended (From class UKG).
3. Photocopy of Progress Report (from Class LKG onwards) of the previous classes.
4. Aadhar Card of child.
5. Child ID
6. Bank Details of the parents will the photocopy of Passbook and Aadhar card linked with that Bank.
7. Passport size coloured photograph.
8. Self attested photocopy & Caste and income certificate (for the students of OBC/SC/ST only).
